How much does shipping cost?

We use Royal Mail and Royal Main International for most of our orders. Our prices are consistent with the prices advertised on the Royal Mail Website. Occasionally we will need to contact you after an order is placed to make manual adjustments where required.

If I purchase an item from your store, will it arrive with instructions?

Most of our products come with instructions. In some cases, the products are just too straight forward.

Can I return an item if I decide I do not want it?

We will accept returns under some circumstances. Buyer to pay full return postage costs. We would rather you made the right choice from the start and we are willing to offer you advice, etc.

Are your products guaranteed?

All products carry the manufacturers guarantee. This is usually twelve months from date of purchase.

Every part of the ordering process is digitised and automated; You will receive confirmation emails and updated.

We offer Flow Support Programs. We are not currently paying anybody to ride.

You are welcome to make contributions. Usually, we don't pay for contributions - but if the content is good enough, we might be able to help.
