Link of the Month/February goes to the Bike Hall Contest Website! This year (2012) will be the eighth time the contest has been held, hence the name Bike Hall, No.8 – The contest is held in Trutnov (Czech Republic) and will run from the 26th to the 28th of April.

I had the pleasure of going to the BHC last year – In short, it rules!!! The ‘park’ course was one of the best courses I’ve ever seen, the ramps were huge! Last years event also hosted the ‘G-Shock Big Air Contest’ – BOOM! Riders such as Erik Figar and Nicholi Rogatkin were throwing huge tricks like 360-double whips and triple-whips!
New to the Bike Hall Contest is the addition of the ‘G-Shock Flatland Jam’ – With brands like G-Shock involved this should be one hell of an event! Will this event prove to be the highlight of 2012 for the European flatland scene?
Another good thing about the Bike Hall Contest is the party atmosphere! At last years event each night the organisers put on a blazing party – These included a welcome party at an Irish Bar, a rock concert and a party in a night club!!!
To wrap this article up, I strongly advise the trip over to Trutnov, the Bike Hall Contest, No.8 is not to be missed! Be there or be square! – VS
